Here's how we work.....

STEP 1

Project information is submitted to us by phone or email. (All email request are followed up by HRN reps to confirm we understand the customer needs thoroughly)

STEP 2

A service ticket is created. Based on the needs of our customers, the ticket is dispatched to a contractor from our network who is a subject matter expert in that area.

STEP 3

Contractor follows up with customer to schedule an appointment.
